Immigration Consultation

An Immigration Consultation is a personalised planning session designed to provide clarity, confidence, and a structured pathway forward with your UK immigration application. It is suitable both for those who already meet the eligibility requirements and wish to proceed, as well as for those who do not yet qualify but want to understand the steps they can take to achieve eligibility in the future.

The consultation can be valuable whether you are preparing for entry clearance, applying for a visa extension, switching to a different immigration route, seeking Indefinite Leave to Remain or settlement, or beginning the process of applying for British citizenship. It is also an opportunity to explore the various immigration routes available to you and to understand the options that best fit your circumstances.

During the meeting, Natalie will take time to review any relevant documents you may provide, such as Home Office correspondence, in order to gain a full picture of your case. She will then assess your situation in detail, discussing eligibility and requirements while outlining the most appropriate strategy and any challenges that may need to be addressed.

Guidance will be provided on the types of supporting documents likely to be required to strengthen your application, and you will gain an overview of the process, including expected timeframes and key steps. There is also the opportunity to ask questions, with the aim of leaving you with a clear understanding of your position and the way forward.

Where a clear plan has been agreed between Natalie and the client, a client care letter will be provided following the consultation, summarising the advice given and setting out the agreed next steps. This ensures that the advice is properly tailored and documented for your peace of mind.

UK Visa or Citizenship Consultation

Consultations last up to one hour and can be held in person, online, or by phone. The fee is £99, which will be deducted from the cost of the Application Service should you decide to proceed.
